How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie is the perfect inspiration for simple but savvy ways to build your LinkedIn presence and connect with customers and colleagues.

1. Send flawless LinkedIn invitations. It’s easier than it sounds.

It might be tempting to just hit the “Like” button, but as with invitations, be sure to go the extra mile by personalizing them.
