it’s time to recap another leg in my Remote Year journey: month 4 in Prague, and the end of the European portion of the year. Prague is truly a fairly tale come to life, with castles and palaces, old fortresses, beautiful architecture everywhere you look and tons of hidden gems. I think I’ve said it just about every month, but Prague might be my favorite city so far. Check out some of the lessons learned, adventures had and discoveries made throughout my time here so far.
Oh, Split. *Insert all of the heart-eye emojis here.* Beachfront living has provided some of my favorite experiences of the year so far, but also some of the biggest challenges. Overall, Split, and Croatia in general, has been an incredible place to spend a month and, as always, I learned a lot about this part of the world and myself throughout my time here!
It feels like just yesterday I was summing up my first twenty days in Lisbon but here I am again, almost twenty days into my second month of Remote Year. This month I’m coming to you from Belgrade, Serbia, which has proven to be a friendly and vibrant city, full of culture, history and lots and lots of meat.
I’ve always loved traveling, which is why I am so incredibly excited to embark on my next adventure with Imagine Media: working remotely for a year while traveling to 12 different cities in 11 countries. I’ll be traveling with a program called Remote Year, so I’ll be living and working with 40 new friends in each city.
