We’ve gathered a few of our recent favorites to inspire you to take a trip to the bookstore or library and grow professionally and personally.

This is why we highly recommend digging into Ray Dalio’s “Principles,” in which you can learn from one of the world’s most successful investors and entrepreneurs. “Principles” consists of all of the tips and tricks you need to produce results in your life and help you achieve your goals.

This powerful book will without a doubt motivate you to become your best self and change your mindset so you can reach your full potential. Make the choice to invest in yourself and learn the seven life-changing habits. 

4. The Power of Habit

Habits can be extremely powerful, whether they positively or negatively affect your life. Charles Duhigg’s “The Power of Habit” explains why habits exist and how they can be changed to reach maximum potential. This sharp and useful book will become your new life manual. 

5. The 4-Hour Work Week

The 9-5 life isn’t for everyone. If you’ve always wanted to be your own boss, set your own hours and change the way you live life, “The 4-Hour Work Week” by Timothy Ferriss teaches you how to reach the financial freedom you’ve always longed for so you can live more and work less. 

6. Never Split The Difference

Former international FBI hostage negotiator, Chris Voss, reveals his tips and tricks in “Never Split The Difference” for “negotiating like your life depends on it.” If you’ve ever struggled with negotiating anything in your life, this is the book for you. While it focuses on negotiating, Voss draws on his own personal examples to illustrate how he uses his techniques at work, in business or at home.
